Annie Mist Thorisdottir is a CrossFit professional athlete hailing from Reykjavik Iceland. She coaches and trains at Crossfit Reykjavik, where she is co-owner. Annie is the sole woman in history to have won at the CrossFit Games two times. She placed second in the CrossFit Games in 2010 and 2014. Annie Thorisdottir is a famous Icelanders CrossFit athlete weightlifter and media celebrity. It was her fame that made her the first woman to be the first person who achieved two wins at the CrossFit Games, in 2011 and 2012. Her other accomplishments include having won the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2013 and 2017. Annie was raised in Reykjavik, Iceland together with her family. As a child Annie was a huge sport fan who loved training. She won many medals in competitions for school. In 2009, she was a participant at her very first CrossFit event in California. She performed very good at those events. Annie Thorisdottir's age will be 31 in 2021. She is 5'7" and her weight is around about 67kg. Annie started CrossFit in California in 2009. Annie was able to do admirably in her first contests. She was among the one of the top 10 athletes from over 70. But she did not take home any titles and ended the competition in 11th place. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. Annie finished 2nd in CrossFit Games in 2010 under Jami's instruction. After a year of CrossFit Games Annie was the winner of her very first CrossFit Games. Her dominant performance earned her the title. In 2012 Annie also won in the CrossFit Games because of her remarkable performance. She was the first female athlete to have has won two CrossFit Games consecutively. In 2014, she won a gold medal. Also, in 2021 she was awarded a bronze. At present, Annie is a coach and trainer for Crossfit Reykjavik which was started by her. Annie is a rising athlete and was featured in adverts for products that are used in sports, such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Nuun Hydration's sidekick Yerbae Renaissance Periodization Transparent Laboratory Transparent Labs as well as other. Some 2,000 people have subscribed to her self-titled Youtube Channel where she uploads instructional videos, family videos and travel-related vlogs.
